The Supreme Court on Friday closed the habeas corpus proceedings filed against Jaggi Vasudev’s Isha Foundation. A bench of CJI DY Chandrachud, Justice JB Pardiwala, Justice Manoj Mishra said, both the women are adults, voluntarily living in the ashram without any pressure. A retired professor had filed a habeas corpus petition in the case of his two daughters being allegedly held hostage in the foundation’s ashram in Coimbatore.
